JupitronX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & User Requirements

To use JupitronX you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited
• Not be located in restricted jurisdictions including but not limited to: USA, China, North Korea, Iran, and other FATF blacklisted countries
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Platform Services

JupitronX provides a digital asset platform that includes:

• USDT staking and yield distribution services
• Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization infrastructure
• $JTX token ecosystem participation
• Community governance features
• Digital ownership frameworks

All services are provided "as is" and JupitronX makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, profitability, or specific yields.

Account Registration & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password and account secure
• Notify JupitronX immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Not share your account with third parties
• Complete KYC/AML verification when required

Staking, Yields & Financial Terms

JupitronX staking yields are generated from real-world asset revenue and platform activity. However:

• Past yields do not guarantee future returns
• Yields may vary based on platform performance and market conditions
• Staked assets are subject to lock-up periods as specified at time of staking
• Withdrawal terms are governed by the platform's current withdrawal policy
• JupitronX is not liable for losses due to market volatility

Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activities
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit platform incentives
• Manipulating platform systems or exploiting bugs
• Providing false identity information
• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

All content on the JupitronX platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of JupitronX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from JupitronX.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JupitronX shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, data, or digital assets
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses arising from market volatility or cryptocurrency price movements
• Technical failures, hacks, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
• Actions of third-party service providers

Account Termination

JupitronX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in prohibited activities, or at our sole discretion for any other reason with or without notice.

Upon termination, users may withdraw any available balances subject to the platform's withdrawal terms and applicable verification requirements.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of the JupitronX platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

By using this platform you consent to the jurisdiction and waive any objections thereto.
